How much is shipping?

We use the United States Postal Service for shipping, so shipping rates are based off of where you live and how much your package weighs. You can calculate your shipping cost on the View Cart page before you check out. 

Orders over $100 will receive free standard shipping to the United States.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! However, if you are an international shopper, please be aware that it can take anywhere from a couple of weeks up to a month or more depending on your country's customs procedures and postal services.

When will my item ship?

Your item should ship 2-5 days after placing your order. In some cases, we might be able to ship the same day, but this is a one-woman shop so unfortunately getting to the post office every day just isn't possible. 

Note: Items that are made-to-order will of course take longer, but typically they are sent out within 7-10 days of being ordered.

What's your return/exchange policy?

We accept returns on most items, except for items that are made-to-order, one of a kind, limited edition, or on clearance. Items must be unused with tags intact and sent back within 30 days of receiving them. If you need to return an item, please contact us and let us know! We can either offer a refund, store credit as Paw Points (preferred), or exchange for other items. Customer is responsible for shipping costs on returns and exchanges. 

What payment methods do you take?

We accept credit card payments as well as payment via PayPal.

Do you charge sales tax?

Only to Tennessee residents.

Is your site secure?

Yes, your transactions have a 256-bit or higher encryption for maximum store security. 

Why don't you offer apparel in smaller/larger sizes?

We get a lot of inquiries asking why we don't offer shirts and other apparel in certain sizes, especially larger sizes. Unfortunately we are limited by what sizes our designers offer, however we do our best to accommodate as many sizes as possible. As we add more apparel items to the shop, we hope to be able to offer a wider range of sizes.
